JC: Parents will begin setting up for the Jaguar Classic (JC) at 4:00 PM at the stadium.Please come if you can. We need people to bring lawn blowers to clean the stadium. We blow all of the trash out of the stadium and press box. The press box gets cleaned (windows, chairs, tables) along with the area around concessions. We set up all tents, tables, chairs, trashcans, etc.
Bake Sale items should be packaged for individual sale. You are allowed to make baked goods at home. You may purchase store items if you aren't a baker. If making cookies, please package 3-4 small or 1-2 large in Ziploc bags. If your item contains nuts, please leave a note with your item. You may send items into the band room on Friday or bring them to the stadium Bake Sale table on Saturday. You can send your items in a box, bag, or tray. Throw away items are best.
At the conclusion of setup, approximately 6:00-6:30 PM, we will have a parent session in the band room to discuss jobs for the next day. If this is your first time helping, you are working a new job, or you just want a refresher, please join us in the band room. We are still in need of people to pull trailers and work other jobs. Contact Mr. Gibson or a Booster Member if you need to sign up for a job.
