NYC UPDATE OF EXPENSES

NYC TRIP TRANSPORTATION FEE IS  DUE FOR STUDENTS AND CHAPERONES ON JANUARY  17th ($275)

 The $275 fee for the NYC trip is due January 17th 2017. We will be taking two charter buses for the trip.  Below is an update on all the costs/deadlines for the trip.  If you have any questions please email Mr. Gibson or Kirstin Zeccola.

Price break down for 70 people total

Transportation:  ($275 per person 2 buses are needed based on 52 students and 18 chaperones)

Hotel: $95 per student (includes tax) $24 per day. 
Hotel for chaperone is $100 per day.

NYC TRAVEL PASS: $95 (student) $116 (adult) 

Admission Includes:

1. The Empire State Building Experience 

2. American Museum of Natural History 

3. The Metropolitan Museum of Art 

4. Top of the Rock Observation Deck OR Guggenheim Museum 

5. Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island OR Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises 

6. 9/11 Memorial & Museum OR Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum


Sight see NYC: Times Square, 5th Ave, Little Italy, China Town, Central Park, United Nations, Rockefeller Center, NYU, The Julliard School, Manhattan School of Music, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and so much more!!

Metro Card $32 (7 day unlimited pass) 

NJ Transit Pass 10 Trips each way: $43

Total with everything showing student cost: $540 
Total with everything showing chaperone cost :

2 in a room $667

1 in a room $867 

Only breakfast is included with hotel. Lunch and dinner is not included. 

The payment schedule is:

December 1st: $95 hotel fee is due
January 17th: $275 bus fee is due (Everyone)
February 17th: $170 tourist attractions/transit fee is due (Everyone)
