NEW YORK TRIP FINAL ITINERARY

New York City Trip Itinerary 

4-27-17 – 5-1-17 

4-27-17 

-Depart for NYC from FHS at 9:30am 
-13 hour bus ride 
-Stop for lunch and dinner along the way 
-Continue driving to NYC
-Check in at hotel in NJ 
-Arrive at hotel around 11pm 

4-28-17 

-Eat breakfast at hotel 
-Leave hotel for school performance at 7am. (Port Jervis High School Port Jervis NY) 
-Perform at 9am (official times TBA) 
-Leave Port Jervis NY at 10:30am 
-Lunch at mall (Galleria Mall Middletown NY) 11:30pm 
-Back at hotel to drop off equipment/change 2pm -3pm depart for NYC 
(Train departs from Secaucus NY to NY Penn Station at 3:02pm) 
-Students will be in groups of 3-4 with a chaperone 
-Drop off at Times Square -see local attractions (free) 
- Students can use their CITY PASS and go to the American Museum of Natural History with their groups on 4-28-17 or 4-30-17.(closes at 5:45pm) 
- 6pm dinner on your own (with group) -10pm meet at Penn Station to head back to hotel in NJ (Train leaves at 10:20pm from Penn Station) 

4-29-17 

-6:30am breakfast in hotel 
- 8am leave to go to NYC 
- Be at the train station by 9am 
(Train leaves at 9:30am) 
- 10:30am Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty (NYC PASS) 
-1:30pm lunch on your own -3pm Metropolitan Museum of Art/ SIGHT SEE ( NYC PASS) -5pm dinner with groups 
-8pm Empire State Building (NYC PASS) 
-10:30pm meet at Penn Station to head back to hotel 
(Train leaves at 11:14pm) 

4-30-17 

-7am breakfast at hotel 
- 8am depart for NYC 
- Arrive at the train Station by 9am 
(Train leaves at 9:30am) 
- 10am World Trade Center Museum 
- 1pm lunch on your own 
- 3pm Museum of Natural History (If you missed it on day 1) 
- 6pm dinner on your own 
- 8pm Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center 
- 10:30pm meet at subway to head back to hotel 
(train leaves at 11:14pm) 

5-1-17 

-6am depart for North Carolina 
-Stop for lunch at 1pm 
-Stop for dinner at 6pm 
-Return to Forestview High School by 9pm
