The $95 deposit for the NYC trip is due this Thursday on December 1st. If a student does not submit their deposit on December 1st they will not be allowed to go on the trip. Below is an update on all the costs/deadlines for the trip. Parent chaperone deposits will be discussed at the next band booster meeting on December 6th at 6pm. Price break down for 78 people total
Transportation: $7,789 per bus. (2 buses total $15,578 round trip)
($200 per person if 2 buses are needed based on 59 students and 19 chaperones)
(If more parents or students come on this trip the more the cost of transportation is lowered.)
Hotel: $95 per student (includes tax) $24 per day.
Hotel for chaperone is $95 per day. Total : $425 for one room from Thursday – Monday
(If there are 2 parents per room this will cut the cost to $213)
NYC TRAVEL PASS: $95 (student) $116 (adult)
