The FHS Marching Jaguars will be performing in two parades this week.  Both Parades are mandatory for all band members.  All band members will be wearing their full band uniform for both parades. If you have any questions please email Mr. Gibson.

Thursday December 3rd Cramerton Christmas Parade:

The band will depart during 4th period ( 2pm) to head to Cramerton.

The parade will start at 4:00pm.

The route we will be marching is down 8th avenue and end at the railroad tracks.

ETA back to FHS is 5:15pm

Sunday December 6th Gastonia Christmas Parade:

Call time will be 12:00pm  in the band room.

The bus will leave at 12:30pm to down town Gastonia.

The parade route is straight down main-street and end at the shrimp boat.

The parade starts at 2pm.

ETA back to FHS is 4pm.

All students are responsible for all the music/warm-ups and scales we go over in class. There will be a playing test today. Either the students know the material and receive a 100% or they do not know the material and receive a 0%.  

This test will also determine placement in 3rd period Concert Band or 4th period Symphonic Band in the spring semester.
