The Forestview High School Band will be sponsoring our annual mattress sale this Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the High School Auxiliary Gym.

Simmons Beautyrest and other name brand mattress sets will be sold at 30-60% below retail prices.  One of the manufacturers has won the Consumer Digest Best Buy Award and Women’s Choice Award for the eighth consecutive year. These are all top quality mattresses with full factory warranties.  All sizes and price ranges. Delivery is available. Tomorrow is an away football game at Hunter Huss.  Call time is 6pm.  We will leave at 6:30pm. ETA back to FHS is 10pm.  This is a mandatory event. Attire will be grey polo/jeans/close toe shoe. Also dress for the weather and bring a jacket/sweatshirt.

North Rowan/8th Grade Band Night

Students and Parents,

I am extremely proud of our band students. Yesterday at North Rowan the band earned 1st place Drum Major, 1st place Percussion,2nd place Guard, 1st place Music, 1st place General Effect, 1st place Marching and 1st place overall in class 2A.  The band also received a SUPERIOR rating with an overall score of 91.2. We had the second highest score of the day.

This past Friday night the band held our annual 8th grade night.  We had 60 plus middle school students represented from Southwest Middle and Cramerton Middle. Our students were a class act.  I am so proud of their accomplishments this weekend.

This week the band will travel to Hunter Huss for an away football game.  Call time is 6:00pm.  Attire is grey polo/blue jeans/closed toe shoe/sweatshirts/jackets.  


Again I am extremely proud of all of our band student.  Keep up the great work!

Football game tonight 10-24-14

Students and Parents,

Tonight there is a home football game. It is also our 8th grade band night.  We will be holding a "band tailgate" from 5:30pm-6:30pm for our 8th grade students and parents.  All high school students and parents are welcomed and encouraged to join.  

All high school students need to be dressed in their uniform by 6:30pm. (grey polo/shorts under uniform)

 6:30-7:00 All 8th - 12th grade students will warm-up in the band room. 

Tonight the band will be performing their show at half-time. 

Call time for NORTH ROWAN 10-25-14  will be 2:30pm (show shirt/ band shorts/uniform)
