ALL COUNTY BAND TUESDAY 1-9-18 AT ASHBROOK HIGH SCHOOL
All students auditioning for all county band are listed below. Students will need to be dropped off at Ashbrook High Schools auditorium by 3:30pm on TUESDAY 1-9-18. Auditions start around 4pm. No Parents can be in the hallways while students are auditioning. Please have your child sign out on Mr. Gibson's sign out sheet and call/text the band cell phone once you have picked up your child.

Dear Parent or Guardian,
Your child has been selected to audition for All District Band. All district auditions are when the best student players from around the Charlotte metro area come together to audition for a spot in the All District Band. Your child has worked very hard the past couple of months preparing for this audition. If they make the All District Band they will be performing at Stewart Cramer High School on January 26th and January 27th. I will notify all students of their results within a week of their audition.
Please arrive at South Point High School in Belmont NC by 8:30AM on Saturday January 6th 2018. Once you arrive at South Point please call the band cell phone to notify Mr. Gibson that you have arrived. I will meet with you and your child to hand out audition information. (9/10 meets in auditorium, 11/12 meets in aux. gym) Parents are to stay in the warm up area waiting for their child to complete their auditions. NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE IN THE HALLWAYS WHERE AUDITIONS ARE TAKING PLACE!
